Hemp in healthy home baked goods – recipes of the Polish champion

Hemp, and more precisely – CBD, CBG extracts and a whole series of products useful in the kitchen – accompany me almost every day. And while I don’t always have time to cook, I enjoy it from time to time, especially when I can include protein or hemp flour. Meet my original recipes for healthy, nutritious and sweet (but not only!) Delights.

What we need:

Hemp- 100 g of hemp flour

— 100 g of buckwheat flour

– 200 g of spelled flour

– 7 g of yeast

– 50 g of melted butter

– 2 teaspoons of hemp proteinKnead

– water

everything thoroughly, wait two hours until it rises and put for an hour in the oven set to 180 degrees.

A simple recipe for tasty, gluten-free carrot cake with hemp protein

What we need:

– 100 g. corn flour

– 100 g. rice flour

– 20 g. hemp protein

– 300 g. grated carrot

– 4 eggs

– 150 g. almonds

– 150 g. butter

– honey according to discretion

– a teaspoon of baking soda

  1. Crumble the almonds.
  2. We combine all the dry ingredients.
  3. Beat the eggs with the butter, honey and carrots.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the mass and mix.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. at 180 degrees.

A delicious way to smuggle a bit of hemp into healthy home baking, i.e. “forest muffins”,

  • gluten-free,-
  • highprotein, with the addition of spinach
  • without added sugar

We will need:

– hemp protein

– spinach

– 3 eggs

– buckwheat and coconut flour

– rapeseed oil (can be replaced with coconut)

– xylitol (in the form of a powder)

– baking soda

– mascarpone cheese and 30% cream

– blueberries, raspberries and lemon juice

  1. Blend 200 g of spinach.
  2. Beat 3 eggs with half a glass of xylitol until fluffy.
  3. Add half a glass of oil and 3 tablespoons of hemp protein to the foam, spinach and 2 cups of sifted flour in a proportion of 3: 1.
  4. Put the finished mass into molds and bake for 25 minutes. at 170 degrees.
  5. In the meantime, beat 200 g of mascarpone and cream until stiff.
  6. Crumble two cooled muffins and add a tablespoon of hemp protein to them.
  7. On the remaining cupcakes, add cream, crumbled cupcakes and decorate with fruit.

You will need:

– hemp protein

– tapioca pearls

– 2 bananas

– frozen raspberries

– milk and coconut shavings

– lemon

  1. Soak tapioca pearls 45 min. in coconut milk.
  2. Cook the soaked tapioca for 15 minutes. over low heat and leave to cool.
  3. Blend raspberries with hemp protein, bananas and a few drops of lemon.
  4. Put the finished tapioca on the bottom and put the raspberry mass on top.
  5. Sprinkle the whole with shavings and a little hemp protein.
